Cancellation and Refund Policy
Primus Books believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Our cancellation policy is as under:
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. Please report receipt of defective/damaged book(s) to email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of such book(s) by customer. The customer will be required to send to our office through Speed Post any defective book(s) to be returned for refund. A full refund – including cost of Speed Post to us – will be made within 7 working days of receipt of defective/damaged books after they have been sent to us for examination.
