Intellectual humility is an antidote to brain rot. In an age of dopamine loops and algorithm-fed egos, Brain Rot and Wisdom, The Mental Seesaw cuts through the noise with clarity and calm. The book explores how the attention economy thrives on distracted minds while offering timeless insights drawn from the episodes of history. Through compelling anecdotes and sharp perspectives, it helps readers anticipate human errors and avoid regret. Ultimately based on innovative utilization of traditions of wisdom, this book argues that true connection with oneself matters far more than chasing mindless races that were never meant to be won. Through these methods, the book explores the real meaning of happiness in today’s world.
